Dinner Under The Stars
Imagine discovering a banquet in the woods with mirrored tables, lit only by candelabra and 6-feet tall chandeliers…such was the surprise of attending guests on this first evening of a three-day extravaganza. Our multi-sensory menu was reflective of the natural surroundings, all cooked on open fire, Cote de boeuf, BBQ turbot and asparagus with hollandaise. Acrobats twirled amongst the canopy while fire-breathers roamed below. Doused in the romantic humidity of Summer’s night, it became a treasured moment and true multi-sensory gastronomic dining experience. The evening was rounded up by an impressive fireworks display. An evening of magic and a true Midsummer Night’s Dream.
