The Historic Navy SEALs

Three days of gruelling simulated exercises and forged relationships would always lead to this moment: a finale, multi-course dining experience set in The Navy SEAL Museum. From the design of the table through to the menu we wanted to take this moment to honour the very location and the extraordinary history of the US Navy SEALs. That’s why we opted to have mirror-topped tables and exotic floral interspersed with props from the museum’s archive, representing the jungles of Vietnam. Each course, from Captain Phillips’ rescue to the Apollo 13 recovery, represented a different legendary mission. This multi-sensory gastronomic food exploration was the perfect ending to an incredibly unique adventure and a truly immersive experience like no other.
