Event Design and Production, All In-House
Almost everything an experience needs is made in-house. These are the departments that make it.
An immersive world only holds together if every part of it was designed by people in the same conversation. So the work is not brokered out and coordinated afterwards — it is written, drawn, built, rigged, lit, dressed, cast and called under one roof, to one drawing. What follows is what each department actually does.
Royal Horticultural Halls. Set and struck in forty-eight hours.

Why It Matters That They Are One Studio
A team a hundred strong, under our Director of Operations, Alastair Moir.
Back of house at the War Child Winter Wassail, December 2021.
One drawing, not ten quotes.
When the set, the light and the floral are designed together, nothing has to be value-engineered at the last minute to make two suppliers agree.
The awkward questions come early.
Weight calculations, rigging points and get-out times are known while the idea is still on paper, which ensures costs are kept in control and do not spiral.
One person calls the show.
Every department answers to the same show caller, so the whole thing runs to a running order rather than to whoever is loudest on the radio.

Straight Answers
Three questions we are asked before every project.
We are an end-to-end agency which means we concept, design and deliver everything you see, interact with, taste and are entertained by at your experience.
Yes. If there is a florist you have used for twenty years or a lighting company you trust, we will bring them in and build the design around them. What we would say is this: when the set, the light and the floral are drawn by people in the same room, nothing has to be compromised later to make two companies agree. That is where our signature flair comes from, and it is why coming in-house usually gives you more for the same money.
Our twenty years’ experience means you’re in the best hands and we’d never propose something that isn’t possible. Pushing boundaries is what we’re known for, but mitigating risk is what our reputation rests upon.
