Great buildings keep a short list of the people they will let work inside them. We are on six of those lists, in London and beyond it, and at Westminster Abbey we are the only name on the list under creative and design.

Waddesdon Manor
Full service partner
Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild’s French Renaissance château in Buckinghamshire, built for weekend house parties and still doing a version of it. We are the only full service partner on the estate — planning, production, floral, styling and catering.

Westminster Abbey
Accredited partner since 2014
The coronation church since 1066 and the resting place of seventeen monarchs. The Abbey’s supplier list is organised by trade, and we are the only name on it under creative and design.

Hotel Café Royal
Supplier to the hotel
The Pompadour ballroom on Regent Street, gilded, frescoed and listed. It holds 250 standing or 110 at dinner, and there are two Michelin stars in the building.

LSO St Luke’s
Event planning and production partner
Eighteenth-century, Grade I listed, on Old Street, and the home of the London Symphony Orchestra’s learning and community programme. LSO St Luke’s has been a perfect partner for prestigious events such as the War Child Winter Wassail.

Battersea Arts Centre
Accredited partner and caterer
The old Battersea Town Hall, built in 1893 and now one of London’s most characterful spaces, with a Grand Hall restored after the 2015 fire. We are accredited here as a full-service production partner and caterer, so the space, the production and the food come from one team.

The Royal Horticultural Society’s hall on Vincent Square: 36 metres of parquet under a vault of glass and iron, 650 standing or 630 seated. We produce here and we cater here.

RHS Garden Wisley
Accredited event partner
The Royal Horticultural Society’s flagship garden in Surrey: the Glasshouse for 140 at dinner among the tropical collection, the Garden Room at Hilltop for 200, a rooftop terrace and two marquee lawns for 500, all yours once the garden closes.

Natural History Museum
Produced inside
Waterhouse’s terracotta cathedral on Cromwell Road. Hintze Hall takes 1,200 standing or 650 seated beneath Hope the blue whale, with Fossil Way for the drinks. We have laid the hall for a wedding reception, with the orchestra on the staircase.

Somerset House

A neoclassical quadrangle between the Strand and the Thames. The Fountain Court takes 3,000, the Embankment Galleries 800 and the River Terrace 500. We have built in the courtyard, the galleries, the halls along the river and on the terrace.

Europe’s first grand hotel, open since 1865. A ballroom, and smaller rooms for a private lunch.
What being on the list changes
A building of this kind is careful about who works inside it, and the list is short.
What it changes for you is the first meeting. You spend it on your event. The building already knows how we work in it, what we bring in and how we leave it.
After that it is the unglamorous half — when the vans can come, what can be fixed to what, which floors take weight, who is allowed on site after eleven, and how the room has to look at eight the next morning. That is all settled before you brief us, so the answer to “can we do this here” comes back the same day.
What goes into the room is a separate question, and we make most of it ourselves. Our design services run from set build and scenic painting to floristry, costume and stage management.
